Heat Loss Survey
We assess your home room by room to calculate the heat demand and size the heat pump correctly. This is required for MCS certification and the BUS grant.

We design the complete system: heat pump, hot water cylinder, emitters (radiators or underfloor heating), and controls. LPG homes sometimes need larger radiators for optimal efficiency.
Installation
Our local team installs the heat pump, hot water cylinder, and any emitter upgrades. We remove or isolate the LPG boiler and coordinate decommissioning of the LPG tank if required.
Grant Claim & Handover
We submit the MCS certificate and BUS grant application on your behalf. The £9,000 grant is deducted from your final invoice. We provide a full handover and system walkthrough.
